Item Description
4x10x3" tall. "McKinley" in high relief down the bug's back. Likely from 1896 rather than 1900. 90% of original gold paint remains. "U" shaped metal plate is attached underneath head by two bolts for reinforcement. Appears to be original and serves to give added strength to the bug's "antenna." 1/8" dia. hole at tail as made. Shows lt. use, but VF. A rare figural unlisted in Hake Book III.
