12.5x15.5" modern gold wood frame with early 20th century ornate styling holding glass over b/w paper print featuring portraits of Teddy Roosevelt and John Mitchell as "The World's Leading Champions Of Arbitration And Fair Play." Photo identifications are "Theodore Roosevelt - President Of The United States" and "John Mitchell - President United Mine Workers Of America." Each is depicted beneath a cone-shaped pile of coal. Print publisher is Haag & Parris, Philadelphia, identified on extreme bottom margin. A scarce print of the era commemorating the bitter strike of 1902. Extremely clean and Exc., only the third example we've seen.
