First is Acme News Press photo. 7x9". Inked caption on back reads "8/28/33 Gov. And Mrs. Herbert Lehman/FDR And Eleanor Roosevelt." Couple tiny hairline creases near margins. Clean. Second is 6x9.25" letter dated Oct. 20, 1944. Letter on White House stationery reads "Dear Mr. Lucca: I Am Enclosing A Note For Your Son And The Boy Who Was With Him On The Train. I Am Sorry That They Have Felt Remorse, For I Did Not See Or Hear Them. Many Thanks To You And Mrs. Lucca For Your Kind Thought Of Me On My Birthday. I Appreciate Your Good Wishes.
