Moisture mark diagonal across upper portion. Fourth is 1.5x5" logo of wheel w/ink quills and ink bottle in middle w/initials "QCW" in side. Text reads "I Will Be At The Race Meet Of The Quill Club Wheelmen Of America/Manhattan Beach, September 18-19/Will You?" Printed gold luster remains. Back has original Whitehead & Hoag paper attached at bottom. Fifth is 2.25x7" gold on green. Text reads "L.A.W. State Meet, Little Falls, N.Y./Manager." Dark purple on green ribbon.
