Item Description
4" dia. aluminum for use on car bumper. Slogan and outlines of southern states done in reflective material. Some tiny dots of blue off. Some gray discoloration of 30% of silver luster reverse. Still displays near VF and a rare regional issue likely issued for 1948 States Rights Party candidate Strom Thurmond. First we've seen.
