Some black paint is professionally restored on the cat's body and vertical streamer on the blue part of the neck bow is a near perfect professional replacement. At the back, below the cat's raised tail, is an opening so the piece could hold perhaps a few flower stems or serve as holder for hat pins. Base around cat's feet and text panel have minor traces of dust soil and paint loss. A rare figural item that displays VF.
