3x6x1.5" tall. Raised letters on top continue "Pat Oct. 10, 1865." High relief crossed pens appear on top. Front and left side are marked with inch divisions for measuring. Handle unscrews to change blotters. Tiny trace of wear to black paint. Very early office accessory. Fine.
