Item Description
Lot of two. First is 3" dia. by 5" tall glass head w/tin battery operated lantern. Bottom is marked "Made In Japan." Exc. Second is 2.5x5x5" box that holds 2.5" dia. by 5" tall glass figural Santa/tin battery operated lantern. Box has text "Twinkle Twinkle Christmas Lantern/Battery Operated." Lid is diecut w/tears at fold that separate front part of lid from remainder of box. Colors remain bright. Box has insert to hold Santa and lantern in place along w/1.5" dia. by 3" tall tree made of cardboard, tinsel, plastic balls. Tree is designed to sit over lantern light when Santa is removed. Lantern bottom and box bottom read "Made In Japan." Box flap reads "Merry Christmas And A Happy New Year." Box is Fine. c. 1950s. Both are working. Lanterns are Exc.
