Item Description
Lot of 4 detailed carved wooden figures standing between 12-13.5" tall. c. 1930s. Each marked "Muya" under feet. Lot consists of 2 carved figures of Betty Boop's dog pal Bimbo, one in profile. Profile has one ear tip re-glued. Straight-on Bimbo has some filling-in of imperfections in wood to back of arm. Other figures in lot included Bosco (with thumb re-glued), Koko the Clown (missing fingers on right hand and has glue repair to one foot). VG. Scattered hairline cracks to wood due to shrinking over the years. Fine overall. Unique. See Popeye figure SL-10885.
