Butler, Gen. Anderson, Col. Ellsworth, C.B. Smith, E. Bates, S.P. Chase, W.H. Seward." Two small text credit lines on ovals below edge read "C.D. Andrews" and "Drawn By A. K. Kipps." Text below title is "Published By B.B. Russell/Boston." Very tiny traces of wear and faint touch of age tone on right edge. Still displays Exc. In high quality modern frame similar to what would have been used c. 1862.
