1.25". ©1978 Taxing Times. Illustration shows California businessman Howard Jarvis sitting on top of a house with a large pair of scissors cutting a paper reading "Taxes" in half. Jarvis spearheaded Proposition 13, the California property tax cutting initiative passed in 1978 which slashed property taxes by 57% and initiated a national tax revolt. Dollar signs are seen at 3, 6, 9 and 12 on the watch face. Works. Original bands. Exc.
