9x11". 1" thick at spine. c. 1930s. Illustration of players in Cardinal uniforms with facsimile signatures on right and left "Jerome H. Dean/Paul Dean." Inside cover shows 4 round photos with captions below of instructions for holding the ball to throw various pitches. Surrounded by baseball theme images. Inside back cover has generic sports schedule. Back cover with illustration of crossed bats and 2 baseballs with facsimile signatures of the Dean Brothers. Spine reads "Dizzy And Daffy/Looseleaf Notebook." 1" dia. trace of surface paper loss on upper right. Scattered lt. moisture marks/aging, mostly to upper portion of cover not affecting illustration/signature area. Surface paper splits on spine but all remain intact. Lt. corrosion to metal binder inside. Rare. First we've seen. Fine.
