Book was meant to be signed by assistant general manager of The Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper but instead is signed on title page by author James Harrison "Hal" Donahey in black ink "To Mrs. Mary Cook With Best Wishes. J.H. Donahey." Book features single-sided reprints of Donahey's editorial cartoon in brown/white. Scattered aging/wear to cover. VG with Exc. pages.
