Item Description
1.5x10.5x12.5". Late 1930s. Collegeville. Illustration on box lid with text "Come On Silver!" rather than the traditional "Hi-Yo Silver." Box side has dried tape residue, surface paper splits, slightly concave. Box VG but lid illustration remains nice for display. Costume consists of 12x24" kerchief with matching illustration of Lone Ranger as seen on box. Center fade. 20" tall pants with general wear and aging on pant side illustrations. VG. 7" cloth mask worn. VG. Next is 16" tall flannel shirt with 3.5" dia. illustrated patch. "The Lone Ranger" name appears below illustration with copyright to side. Shirt/patch show light aging but overall VF. Box costume comes with 3x5.5" panel from original pen and ink art used for catalogue and ads. Art shows costume with hat (missing). Art panel is cut uneven, but art is complete. Exc. and unique. See item #2201.
