Item Description
Shown as Hake #124 but that example is held by fabric (and has no pin) to a 1908 delegate's badge for the Democratic National Convention. This example has a covered tin reverse with a center bar pin. Full text "Our Standard Bearer: The Nation's Commoner/William Jennings Bryan/Two Of America's Great Essentials/To Peace And Prosperity/Known The World Over." In addition, on one of the corn husks is tiny text "From Mr. Bryan's Fairview Farm." The outer perimeter has small and very light age dots but there are only three equally faint further in from the edge and these are around the image of the corn rather than around his image. High gloss and perfect centering. The rim aging detracts very little from the superb color and design. Rare.
