Item Description
3-1/8" tall with "Delegate" bar pin plus ribbon suspending very attractive rwb celluloid held in a 1.75" brass rimmed disk. Disk reverse has stamp of W&H. Celluloid surface is covered with essentially microscopic vertical lines as produced. These show just a trifle in reflected light while with normal viewing piece still displays Mint. Only example we've seen.
