Item Description
3x3.25" base. 7" tall overall. c. 1950s. Made in Japan. The monkey is celluloid and sits atop a painted tin tree trunk with tin litho top panel. This is attached to a wood base platform. Monkey wears jacket, bow tie and hat while holding guitar. Comes with key and works. Monkey moves his right arm as if playing the guitar as his head nods side to side, all the while musical notes are produced. A nice, bright, clean example. Nice action with music. Exc.
