3.5" with slogan "I Like Ike & Dick" and details for their inaugural day. Ribbon is neatly glued to the reverse as originally issued. Slightest bit of wear on the gold lettering but ribbon remains VF and the cello is N. Mint, displaying Mint. Shown as Hake #24 but without this ribbon.
