Item Description
9.5x12" sheet of animation paper with art done in lead pencil with additional colored pencil accents. Drawing #287 has image area measuring 5.5x11" and shows Mickey Mouse in tuxedo tails having both hands and a foot shaken by a grouping of Hollywood stars including Clark Gable, Maurice Chevalier, Eddie Cantor, George Arliss, Stan Laurel and Edward G. Robinson. Where Robinson appears, there is faint penciling from character who filled his spot and was then changed (Groucho Marx). Additional production notations. From 1933 Mickey Mouse cartoon. Lt. handling and aging but sheet remains clean and art is Exc. Great scene.
