Item Description
Each of these is 1.25". Nine of these 11 have backpapers by "Cameo Pepsin Gum" with the paper also including W&H patent dates. The two exceptions are noted in the following text. Left to right and top to bottom these are: "Mexico" with light tanning of the bkg. Next is angel kissing a woman. Tiny traces of gray tone on the bkg. but still displays nicely. Backpaper advertises "Boyd & Sons Packer Of Packaged Peanuts, Philadelphia, PA." Next shows 5 young angels. Faint gray dots on the rim. Next shows famous painting of young couple running. Couple faint age dots. Next are man and woman praying in a field. A basket is in the foreground. Extremely faint age marks. Next is famous painting of 3 white horses. Tanned but not spotted. This one has backpaper from El Capitan Chewing Gum. Next is real photo without dot pattern of "Queen Louise." Image is light but clean. Next is young dog wearing a muzzle with faint text "For The Safety Of The Public." Next is real photo "Old Mill Of San Gabriel Mission." Image and text are light. Next is "San Juan Capistrano Mission." Very light image and text hard to see. Last is "Santa Yhez Mission Built In 1804." Real photo. These are among the very earliest ever give-away buttons.
