Gorgeous color 1.25" with graphic design that includes upper rim of tiny candy kisses in wrappers. We had an example in Auction #193 without a backpaper but this has its Bastian paper used 1907-1920. Small text includes candy maker name Phelps of Cleveland. Exc. and displays Mint. About the third we've seen. Rare.
