Item Description
Lot of three 10x12" sheets of animation paper with art done in lead pencil with additional colored pencil accents. Drawing #4A has image area measuring 4.25x6" and shows an excited-looking Martha Raye. Drawing #100B has image area measuring 4x6.5" and shows big-mouthed comedian Joe E. Brown. This sheet has "Model Drawg" production stamp in lower right-hand corner. Comes with bkg. layout drawing done in colored pencil with image area measuring 7x7.5" done in blue colored pencil showing outline of Joe E. Brown and Martha Raye. This sheet is for scene #82 and has bkg. instruction card stapled to it at top. Card is dated Apr. 18, 1938. Additional production notations around art. From 1938 Silly Symphony. Lt. handling and aging but sheet remains clean and art is Exc.
