Item Description
Walt Kelly had Pogo running for president in both 1952 and 1956. The typical button is only 7/8" and we suspect this giant 4" size was sent to newspaper comic strip editors to promote the strip. Superb, N. Mint paint condition for a litho of this size and the piece displays Mint. Comes with 1-7/8" litho reading "I Go Pogo" which has "©1988-OGPI." Also included is 2.25" cello "I Go Pogo" with curl text "©1979 Estate of Walt Kelly." These two are also Exc. and display Mint.
