Item Description
The first 7 buttons in this lot are 13/16" lithos from the 1950s. These are rarely seen and these 7 are the largest group we've ever seen at once. They are titled "Boots, Cowboy, Eagle, Peace Pipe, Sheriff, Steer Head, Teepee." Third and fourth have slight tone on cream bkg. but these are still Fine and the others are Exc. With these come complete set of 24 western personalities and Indian leaders. Each of these is a 7/8" litho c. mid-1960s and likely distributed via vending machine. These consist of: Bat Masterson, Billy the Kid, Black Hawk, Buffalo Bill Cody, Cochise, Crazy Horse, Daniel Boone, Davy Crockett, Gen. Custer, Geronimo, Jesse James, Jim Bowie, Jim Bridger, King Philip, Kit Carson, Osceola, Pontiac, Rain-In-The Face, Red Cloud, Sam Houston, Sequoyan, Sitting Bull, Tecumseh, Wild Bill Hickok. This group is Exc. to Mint and displays Mint.
