Item Description
The small cards in this group are about 2.5x3.5" while the largest piece was a holder for "Red Rider Junior Braces" at 3.25" by 8.25". Group includes real photo postcard inscribed "'Buckskin' (Horace Murphy) on Red Rider Show Radio Mutual Don Lee." This is unused and with "EKC" logo by the stamp area on the reverse. The second "Red Rider" related item is the large cardboard punched out from a suspender package and reading "Punch Out And Save" plus "My Red Ryder Book Mark." A tiny bit of age around the perimeter perforations with very faint white line through the letter "E" of "RED" at the top. A rare piece seldom saved. Cisco Kid is represented by member's card for "Pro-Tek-Tiv Ranchers Club." This has a little tan aging along the top edge where cut off larger card. Also, reverse has an inked message as the piece was used as a tiny display sign for a restaurant. Next is small membership card for "Rex Allen Fan Club" with 1965 date. Also included is 3" pinback button with "Rex Allen" autograph for event titled "Riders Of The Silver Screen Film Caravan" which honored him in 1988. Next is small stiff card with photo on front and text on back "Official John Russell International Fan Club" signed by member with date of 1961. Next is full color postcard from Lawman's partner with facsimile message on unused reverse from Peter Brown and Warner Bros. Tiniest corner tip wear. Last from 1960s card case which held a number of these is business card reading "Have Gun Will Travel/Wire Paladin/San Francisco."
