Box has 1" tear along one corner of top, o/w clean and tight and shows interesting illustrations on side of adult using commercial iron of this type as well 3 images of little girls playing with the toy. When toy is removed from box, 2 side shelves come up and lock in place and lid can be opened to reveal the ironer pad on shaft. In front of toy is an extended button which when depressed causes the roller to spin rapidly. Cotton covering the roller has aged to a light tan color. Ends of roller were plated. These have aged and have about 75% of plating remaining. All other parts of this painted tin toy are Exc. with only 1 or 2 tiny pinpoint paint nicks. An interesting toy which was produced to market to little girls.
