8x11" celluloid-covered metal plaque w/cardboard back. String for hanging. Edges are beveled to give framed effect. Facsimile signatures of Roy and Trigger. Comes w/Fine copy of "Roy Rogers Comics" #76, published by Dell Apr., 1954. Cello picture is unmarked but we've seen similar for TV Guide promotions and this is certainly a promotional item. N. Mint. Rare.
