The front of the piece features castle front w/separate die-cut drawbridge that has large simulated banner attached to it reading "The Royal Road To Adventure Leads To..." Standing in front of this are a pair of knights, across the moat are another pair of knights on horseback. This "drawbridge" folds open to reveal a 7" tall die-cut pop-out figure of Prince Valiant in battle stance, behind him is battle scene of knights. On the back of the drawbridge is an additional simulated banner w/text promoting Hal Foster's character and newspaper strip. At the bottom of this is a die-cut slot which obviously once held some type of form and/or envelope to be returned to KFS. Lt. margin wear, mostly at corners w/very faint 3" crease at lower right. VF. Very nicely designed promo, the only example we've seen.
