Item Description
22x28" Style B half-sheet movie poster for initial 1951 release of Walt Disney's animated feature that adapted Lewis Carroll's classic Alice stories. Poster features image of Alice towering over images of The Mad Hatter w/The Dormouse, The March Hare, The Dodo, The Caterpillar and The Cheshire Cat. Behind image of Alice are greentone images of Tweedledee and Tweedledum, the Carpenter and the Walrus. This Style B poster is more graphic than the Style A, w/the characters featured more prominently. Folded as issued. Two 1.5" archival tape repairs to tears at margins along fold lines. Pinhole at center fold crease intersection. Fine.
