22x28" Style B half-sheet movie poster for initial 1949 release of Walt Disney's animated double feature that adapted Washington Irving's classic "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" story and Kenneth Grahame's beloved "The Wind In The Willows" story. Main image of poster shows a terrified Ichabod on his cowering horse as an imposing and large image of The Headless Horseman on his rearing black steed dominates the poster, the Headless Horseman's cape making up entire area of text about film. Two smaller inset scenes depict Ichabod laying his coat on a puddle for Katrina and Mr. Toad swinging from chandelier. Folded as issued. Two .75" areas of tape residue/surface paper lift at side margins. Obvious handling wear w/a few small .5" tears at edges. VG.
