Outcault, booklet contained prose story w/illustrations and red/blue comic panel illustrated story. Great scene showing Buster and Mary Jane racing car. Center of booklet features color ad for Buster Brown's Hosiery. Back cover has another ad for Buster Brown's Hosiery. Handling wear w/.5" corner off lower back cover corner. VG/Fine w/VF contents.
