Item Description
18x18" full color print showing Stevens' 2 most famous subjects-his creation The Rocketeer and Bettie Page. The Rocketeer has a bound and gagged Bettie over his shoulder and is posed w/gun. Bettie looks over her shoulder and is none too pleased by the look she is giving. ©1987 Dave Stevens & Graphitti Designs. "Rocketeer & Betty" is a limited edition 432/850 produced and is signed at bottom right in black ink by Stevens. Comes w/issuer Graphitti Designs COA and is also signed by Stevens in red ink. Near Mint. Print comes w/7.5" tall unpainted polystone statue showing "Betty" wearing only heels and long gloves w/very surprised look on her face as she attempts to preserve her modesty. These "Wow!" statues were sold in both unfinished and fully painted versions. Based on Dave Stevens art. Graphitti Designs Inc. ©1989 Dave Stevens. Exc./Near Mint. Sadly, both Stevens and Page died within months of each other in 2008.
