16x21.5" frame contains art that has been professionally matted to 10x15". Acrylic art shows Lulu on tricycle w/Tubby standing on back bar causing back tires of tricycle to flatten and lift Lulu and front tire into the air. Art is by John Stanley and has been signed by artist in lower left along w/additional "'81" date. Stanley was the illustrator of Little Lulu's adventures in the Dell Comics comic books and he was occasionally commissioned to create specialty art featuring the character he was best remembered for.
