Item Description
5-7/8" tall glazed ceramic figural planter has wonderful depiction of Happy Hooligan at right holding flower around rim of planter. Licensed but unmarked except of insides "8820" and "21" on bottom. Made in Germany c. 1924. A few pinpoint flakes to interior rim of planter, a 1.25" crack at left which is not visible when viewed straight on. Retains structural integrity. Displays Exc.
