Item Description
5.5" long by 1.75" tall w/1" dia. bowl. Made in Germany c. 1910. Pipe stem has Happy Hooligan sleeping, his back against pipe bowl, a dog at his side and policeman approaching w/billy club drawn. Lightest trace of wear. Exc. overall. Pipes were also produced for Alphonse & Gaston, Foxy Grandpa and The Whole Dam Family. Rare, given its fragile nature and one of only a few designs we've seen in our 42 years.
