Item Description
1.25x3-3/8x3" tall cast metal w/gold finish and metallic green accents. Has nice patina, giving it an antiqued look. Unmarked but c. 1930s. Figural Popeye stands on base which is designed to look like ship deck, complete w/smokestack, where tiny plastic and metal pencil chained to large anchor rests. Tiny spot of gold luster off Popeye's chin o/w Exc. Rare.
