Item Description
6.75" long standard pressed steel Colt 1911 style gun decorated w/Dick Tracy decal (w/Chester Gould facsimile signature) and hand-painted factory I.D. number on bottom of grip. c. 1930s. Prototype from the Marx factory w/"Sample - Louis Marx & Co." tag attached to grip. Tag remains unused and N. Mint. Gun has a few scattered streak of bare metal showing on barrel and scattered paint nicks. Decal is only slightly affected, only noticeable upon close inspection. Missing stopper. Fine.
