4x4x7.5" tall glazed ceramic lamp base of Elsie wearing her iconic daisy necklace seated in chair w/open storybook and baby calf on her lap. c. 1940s. Likely following her famous popularity at the New York World's Fair. Original wiring, cord and lamp socket present and lamp works. Lamp base has typical and usual overall crazing but remains bright and glossy. VF+. Comes w/5.5" tall vintage generic shade which is Exc.
