9-3/8x12.5” published in Mar., 1903 by The University Press ©1903. Publication deals with all sorts of printing and periodicals related to printing. Included are ads for printing presses, engraving and electrotyping and different types of paper. Publication includes several different types of tipped-in inserts including a full color Maxfield Parrish print card, engravings, bw photographs, bound-in theater program for Macbeth, bookplate examples, church programs, ads for books, catalogue covers, etc. “Every Issue Will Contain Representative Examples Of American Typography And Processes Of Printing.” Cover shows heavy wear with tears and chips missing to cover overlap. Cover also has scattered heavy aging and obvious spine wear. VG with VF contents. Nice quality presentation piece. Scarce first issue.
