See previous item #238. 1948 edition published by Edgar Rice Burroughs, Inc. Cover and differing frontispiece art by J. Allen St. John. Original dust jacket shows lt. traces of wear, mostly to corners and edges. Spine is lightly aged with faint inked “F” at bottom of spine. Dust jacket is VF/Exc. Book itself is N. Mint and as nice as these come. These Edgar Rice Burroughs, Inc. printings are scarce, especially with dust jackets and rare in this condition. This and the preceding 5 books comprise the first 6 titles in this series. See previous item numbers #238-242.
