Item Description
8.5x26.5x2.5” deep box contains complete and unused parts for Multiple Products Corporation game ©The Hall Syndicate, Inc. c. 1950s. Game consists of 9” long wooden miniature baseball bat, 1.25” dia. baseball, 4 plastic markers and score pad with 12x16” baseball diamond gameboard and 2” wide by 8.25” tall by 26” long tin litho plastic and wooden “Scorer.” This “Scorer” functions by flicking ball up ramp with metal prong, ball proceeds up ramp hitting “Single, Out, Double, Out, Triple, Home Run” tags and if it goes far enough, hitting wooden “out” marker. Sides of “scorer” have image of Dennis swinging bat as his friends hurry to catch ball and “Dennis The Menace Baseball Game” name. Unused and N. Mint. Neat design. Box shows obvious wear with 3 corner splits, 2.5” tear to left side panel of lid and 3” tear to main panel. Moderately aged. VG. Rare.
