Item Description
5x6.25x1” deep concave ceramic painted and glazed spoon rest in the shape of Howdy Doody’s face with hair and facial details finished in over-the-glaze paint. No maker markings but c. early 1950s. Has noticeable areas of red paint loss to lips, a few small spots of paint wear on hair but most other details including freckles remain. Appearance remains bright and glossy. VF.
