Item Description
10.5x15x3” deep box contains 3” high relief molded plastic scene of Howdy Doody sitting on Santa’s knee. Royalites. ©Cagran. c. 1950s. Plastic plaque has attached cardboard backing with light bulb inside. Working and Exc. Box shows moderate handling wear with creases and a 3” tear to bottom end flap. VG-. One of 2 designs made, the other features Santa with Howdy seated on edge of chimney. Scarce with box. The last example we offered of this variety sold for $556.
