Item Description
10.25x14.25x2” deep western theme illustrated box contains complete “Wonderland Davy Crockett Costume” by Bland Charnas Co., Inc. of Stanford, CT. Nice quality outfit consists of fabric with vinyl fringe trim and silk-screened design on chest showing “Davy Crockett” with his name and “King Of The Pioneers”. Image on printed faux pocket shows Davy fighting Indian. Outfit consists of long-sleeved top, pants with fringe, vinyl belt and coonskin cap with faux fur trim and real fur tail. c. 1955. Box shows wear with some surface paper lifts, most of “Wonderland” label has scattered insect damage. Box is free of splits and retains its shape. Fine/VF with N. Mint contents.
