Comes with 3.25x4” direction folder. Also comes with 5-1/8” by 6.25” folded letter to parent. These are both Exc./N. Mint as folded. Mailer, while opened has only the slightest wear, mostly to aged mailing label. Inked name has been stamped on twice. Few small dents to metal ends but o/w Exc.
