Top margin has penciled notation “Sleepy.” Very detailed drawing is in lead pencil with red pencil accents on face and hands and depicts Sleepy leaning against a tree with word balloon above him reading “What Makes Yer Think She Wants To Stay?” Sleepy appears in a much more detailed and realistic form than the final version used in the film. To the right of him are red pencil outline sketches of 3 other Dwarfs, one believed to be Grumpy. Lightly tanned, tack holes at corners.
