DJ/book feature different cover art on front/back. Title page has inked "File Copy Do Not Remove From Office" w/notations. DJ has minor edge wear, a few tiny tears. VF. Book has tiniest trace of extreme edge wear. Near Mint. Scarce w/DJ and in this high grade condition.
