DJ and book feature same wrap-around cover art. Title page has ink stamp "File Copy Do Not Remove From Office" w/date notation. DJ has small trace of extreme edge wear w/some tiny tears. Still glossy and VF. Book has tiniest trace of extreme edge wear, Near Mint. Scarce w/DJ and in this high grade condition.
