14x18" art board has full color mixed media art depicting "Ike" sitting at table pouring tea for "Dem. Control" Democratic donkey and "G.O.P. Minority" Republican elephant at "Congression'l Harmony" table. Wispy "?" floats up from tea kettle. Cartoon is titled "Tea For Two" and was done by "Los Angeles Mirror" cartoonist Leo Thiele c. 1950s. Deals w/Eisenhower trying to balance G.O.P. minority w/Democratic majority to further his programs. Comes w/mat w/cartoon title label at bottom and cartoonist's name at top. Would look Exc. framed.
