Issued to "M. Rosenberg P.G.M." By "Independent Order Of Brith Abraham" an off-shoot of Order Brith Abraham, the third oldest Jewish fraternal order founded June 12, 1859. Membership of I.O.B.A. peaked at 205,817 in 1917. Badge appears to be from the 1930s era. Badge is of top quality in brass and blue enamel with central design of the Statue of Liberty and American eagle above. Blue enameled ribbon in eagle's beak "United States Grand Lodge" and below name of badge owner "M. Rosenberg, P.G.M." in blue letters. Unique and N. Mint.
